2 No Medical Advice / कोई Medical Advice नहीं

The platform, website, WhatsApp AI Agent, billing system, order system, spelling correction feature, and invoice automation do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription validation, dosage confirmation, substitute medicine recommendation, or healthcare recommendation.

Any medicine-related decision must be taken only after consulting a registered medical practitioner or qualified pharmacist as applicable.

3 WhatsApp AI Agent Limitation / WhatsApp AI Agent की सीमा

The WhatsApp AI Agent is an automated virtual assistant designed only for:

• Order collection from WhatsApp messages.
• Automated billing or invoice draft creation.
• Medicine name spelling correction.
• Text extraction from order messages or invoice images.

The AI Agent does not check whether a medicine is suitable, safe, legally dispensable, correctly prescribed, correctly dosed, or appropriate for the customer's medical condition.

4 Prescription and Dosage / Prescription और Dosage

Customers must carefully read their prescription and consult a registered medical practitioner in case of any doubt about medicine name, strength, dosage, timing, duration, allergy, side effect, pregnancy, child dosage, elderly dosage, duplicate medicine, or drug interaction.

The platform, software provider, AI Agent, and store owner are not liable for any misinterpretation of medicine dosage, prescription instruction, spelling similarity, medicine strength, or self-medication decision made by the user/customer.

5 Emergency Warning / Emergency में क्या करें

In case of medical emergency, serious symptoms, allergic reaction, overdose, breathing problem, chest pain, unconsciousness, severe side effect, poisoning, or urgent prescription doubt, do not rely on the platform or AI Agent. Immediately contact a registered medical practitioner, hospital, ambulance, or local emergency service.

6 Store Owner Responsibility / Store Owner की जिम्मेदारी

• The licensed store owner/pharmacist must verify prescription medicines before sale where required by law.
• The store owner must ensure expired, banned, counterfeit, restricted, or illegally obtained medicines are not sold.
• The store owner must verify medicine strength, batch, expiry, quantity, prescription category, and applicable legal requirements.

7 AI Accuracy Disclaimer / AI Accuracy अस्वीकरण

AI-based spelling correction, text extraction, and automation may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misunderstood results. Human review by the store owner or authorized staff is required before final billing, dispatch, sale, or medicine delivery.

Use of MediSync Pro does not create a doctor-patient relationship, pharmacist-patient consultation relationship, or medical advisory relationship. All health-related decisions remain between the customer and their registered medical practitioner.
